When will Vince realize that the problem with WWE is him?

Ratings are down, so what does he do, try to pay the fans to watch. Smackdown is in seriously need of a color yst. What does he do? Hire the right man, Mick Foley, for the job, and then yells at him until Foley is very likely to leave. These are just two of the big problems Vince has caused in his own company. Am I being too hard on Vince, or not hard enough?
