Is there any way of sorting the crackling sound what you get from too much gain/b after you made final edit?

i put too much b in my drum and b track(mp3) and now it crackles but the project has changed too much to use it for the final edit, i was gonna use it for the vip mix...but i don't wanna lose the way it sounds now, is there any way of getting it back to cd quality???
