Has anyone had this problem after hysterectomy?

i had a hysterectomy 7 weeks ago and still now after i have been cleaning i get really bad pains in my back and abdomen the dr says everything is healed and doesnt know why i am still having pain..it seems to be the worst after i have been up cleaning and stuff like that then that same nite is when the pain starts...i am supposed to go back to work in 2 weeks and am worried i wont be able to handle it as i work in a factory any suggestions?
