What special exemptions do California Peace Officers get over the normal citizen regarding concealed weapons?

BESIDES the ability to carry concealed without a permit, and the ability to buy high cap (count) magazines where the normal citizen is stuck at 10roung mags. Do we get special bullets that aren't legal for citizens? anything else?
