What is a good racquet tension?

so tennis racquet, im buying one off of midway sport thing and racquet tenison ranges ffrom 55-60 which shud i choose? im an intermediate player btw/ begginer. and yahh wat grip shud i get 1/2, 3/8, or 3/4
