Keeping factory steering wheel controls?

i just bought a 2011 nissan titan. like most new titans i have steering wheel controls for the radio and bluetooth. my question is.... i want to put my sony xav-60 head unit in my truck but i want to keep my stock controls. is that possible? FYI i have the stock 6 disk changer radio now. thanks alot
