Chocolate is not a very calorie dense food. In fact, Im pretty sure its considered to be rather empty. As long as you eat below your maintenance, and you eat chocolate, you wont gain weight. But chocolate has alot of calories so in order for you to lose weight and eat chocolate that would have to be the only thing you ate the entire day. I don't recommend going on a choco-diet, as good as it sounds, its just too good to be true.
