Where is butch(follower) on Fallout 3?

BS stands for Butch Sucks. Jericho can whup his ***. Butch is armed with a small gun and a knife. Wow. He gives you free haircuts though. If you really want them, complete the waters of life quest. Then go back to Vault 101. You should receive a distress signal from the vault asking you to come back because some **** happened. You will ONLY get this signal if you were polite to the girl (forgot her name, lol)at the begining. If you cussed at her or beat her to death repeatedly, don't expect to get much of an answer.
