What is wrong with my mom?

My mom has been getting on my nerves A LOT lately. She acts like she doesn't have kids. For example she goes to bingo like EVERY night, and complains that she has no money, WHEN shes using that money to play bingo. She never cooks dinner for me and my little sister, always takes us out to fast food places(which i hate). She doesn't let me have any fun. She comes home and sleeps (works from 7 to 4) so that means i can't hang out with my friends or socialize, and when I ask her she gets all mad and cusses me out saying that I should go live with my dad. She also doesn't support me and my interesting, example, I have really got into snowboarding and I have been asking her to by me one for the past 2 YEARS she says that she doesn't have any money for that stupid sh*t, and thats her response when I ask her if i can join any sport, or activity. I also noticed that she has a short temper and when she gets mad she says hurtful things infront of me and my little sister. I just wanna know why any parent would act like this toward their kids? I am 12 years old by the way.
