Drivers license suspended because of fraud?

My brother and his girl friend who works at the police station used my information when they got pulled over and got TWO tickets on my license last year. I am just now finding out that my license has been suspended since January because of what they did to me.I also found out that the tickets went into collections and that my stupid *** brother set up a payment plan to pay off the tickets.The car they got pulled over in is registered to his silly *** girlfriend and she was in the car when they got pulled over.Is there any way that I can get my license reinstated like fast and in a hurry? My job depends on my license being in good standing, I need my job! I am going to make a police report and go down to the DMV but I wont be able to do anything until next week due to it being the weekend and all. I would really like some insight to my situation, anyone that has been through this please share your experiences. I live in California by the way. thanx
