Crystal Light, I like the taste but MAN it makes me so thirsty!?

Interesting question, I was kinda wondering the same thing, I buy the single use packets because I don't drink water, I just don't like it for some reason and its really easy, but I wend up drinking more and more and more each day. and that cannot be any good.
