I can honestly tell you I have that problem all the time..if you really want to know if he likes you..just sorta push it in the converstaion..like oyu said you two were best friends or whatever sooo just call him or somehting and talk for a while then push it in..dont say,"do you like me?"..just slowy push it in the converstaion..and for your second question..you could drop hints..say,"well,i like this guy,but i dont know if he likes me."..that could help with your first question..he will most likely say somehting back that will keep that conversation going..if he doesnt say anyhting back try your best to keep the converstaion going...and the last thing i really want to tell you is..this is your choice..you have to choose which is more important..friendship or what your heart tells you..keep that in mind..i hope this helps!
