Im having problems with my computer. PLEASE HELP!?

Im trying to launch authorization wizard for something, but it won't let me. A message pops up that says "user privilages insufficient to start a low level driver". I don't know why it won't let me. I'm already logged in as the computer administrator. Any help is appreciated.
