melt a tbsp of er over medium heat, add an equal amount of flour. add salt and pepper to taste (you could also add some garlic salt for extra flavour but balance it out with pepper to ensure its not too salty). slowly add a half cup of milk stirring as you pour. keep stirring till smooth. then add in 60 ml. of shredded cheese all at once and stir till all the cheese is melted and sauce is smooth and velvety. bon appetite!
